Ask me a questionYes, through two separate services. Legal Locum Direct is conveyancing consultancy and locum cover for law firms. My residential conveyancing service is for people buying, selling or remortgaging a home.
I am based in Preston, Lancashire, and I work with clients from there.
Yes. I can handle residential conveyancing matters nationwide. Everything can be progressed remotely through a secure online system, and if you prefer not to use digital services, matters can also be dealt with by post. I take on a limited number of conveyancing matters so I can give each transaction my full personal attention.
Nationwide locum work can be possible. For work outside the North West, I provide bespoke quotes depending on the arrangement, location and travel requirements. I am also able to travel where needed.
